Indeed. Aria is where HWC is shacked up and there haven't been any bed bug reports from there....yet. Supposedly the Wynn and Encore have been hit pretty hard.
Someone from the HWC team will likely be going to this XS event nonetheless. We''l happily brave the bug bites.
party time ? okay i'll try to be there !!!
I know someone who runs a few of the big hotel chains out there so i'm in. :)
Bags are packed..:D
.. Or we can all camp at Charles' place :D
Probably will go. Is the OCing stuff noob-friendly? :)
I really hope I can get another room at PH Towers by Westgate again - place was really nice and new last time
is there an age limit because i would really like to go
I need some help on this. I would like to bring my family and attend our party! Do I have to register everyone in my family at cesweb.org?
from your experience what is the best way to handle the traffic of vegas and ces? i want this to be a very fun and successful event. you guys can count me in if i can get things straightened out.
holiday break!! here i come!!
I'll be there!
The best way to get to CES if you are staying in Vegas, in my opinion, is the metro. There is parking there, but the metro is super easy and drops you off right there. I do believe you have to register everyone - you have to have a badge while walking around, but I don't know about little children.
Every big hotel will have shuttle busses to CES. CES itself is a professional event for business. So yes, everyone has to be registered, payed with badges etc. CES will last for 4 days I think. I'm retty sure there is an age limit. Over 18 and must be affilitaed with the Indutry somehow.
"Can children and/or spouses attend the International CES?
No, children and spouses may not attend the International CES. The International CES is not open to the general public, and all attendees must be in the consumer electronics industry to be eligible to attend the show. Children, spouses, friends and family who accompany you to Las Vegas will not be granted access to the International CES unless they are over the age of 18 and have proof of industry affiliation. "
Not sure where Fuggers party will be held. It wasn't at CES the last two years, once at the place he works in Vegas, the next year at a go-cart track next to the Palms Hotel.
If it's at his place of business, you'll have to take a taxi. $20-30 from the strip I figure.
I haven't seen one person at his parties under 18 or 17 or so. Not really a thing for kids, but old teenager geek kids would love it.
Everyones got to go!!!!...Moviemans doing a strip!!!!
TURN IT UP TO 11 BABY!!!! :p::p::p:
lol, sounds like a blast, wish I could go. How much is the event? Open bar, open bbq?!?!
To all you Euro folks out there, now's a good time to visit the U.S. when considering the exchange rates! Your currency would get you pretty far here.
edit, err, just realized he mentioned corporate sponsors so I guess the event is free?
That's because OPPAINTER tried to use jagermeister's to get me drunk..
Kids drinks.. Handed me a 10oz cup of it,I slugged it down in a gulp and he walked away shaking his head..:ROTF:
Now if he had tried a qt of JD I might have done my rendition of Frankie doing Strangers in the Night!:D
