Just a quick one with the turbo v and the r3e board - were you able to adjust and set the pci-e frequency in windows or did you have to do it via the bios?

No , i don't use rog-connect . Asus made a decision not to sell the oc-panel and i don't have a laptop of a mobile phone that supports rog connect . :(
