Dissapointed with LAMPTRON support

I have one that I purchased in April from Performance-PCs I sent them an e-mail after I received no reply and they said I could RMA it back to them. But if there is a fix I would be glad to do it myself as to not loose the unit.

Well that's mighty fine of you folks if I do get a working unit! But I'm a little wary as I still have not received a reply from tech support.

But I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I really like the product X.
