"You will receive soon a package with all the required MSI hardware for the EU MOA qualifiers at your home address. You will not get a new set at the EU MOA qualifiers. Therefore, please do not forget bring this set in your luggage to Paris.
The purpose of sending the board in advance to your house is that you get more familiar with the newest MSI XPower board. Please do not do any modding to the mainboard itself until the EU MOA qualifiers."
The motherboard probably doesn't need any modding anyways... The graphics card does, though. Just mod that beforehand and you'll be set to go.
why on earth do they want to do that... so you have to drag an extra motherboard and GPU to the event ?

What's there to say that MSI won't have the BIOS flashed to the cards? Sure hope they do at least.
