Actually , you are right .. i modified the OPP (over power protection) , make it higher
i changed none of components inside besides the OPP resistance . :shocked:

Terrific PSU (i reviewed a plain TPQ-1200, non oc edition) indeed but everything above 1280 (DC) Watts was a no go (high ripple near 120mV) and above 1300W +12V was very low (under the limit that the ATX ver.2.2 sets for the +12V rail).

So it seems that the TPQ-1200 OC can give more juice than the simple. If I have the chance to test one in the future I will find out.
