Gigabyte X58A-UD3R high pitched noise

I have this noise with my current system from video card or PSU, had it since it was build and its been doing my head in for the last year. So i do very much sympathize with this issue heh.

My next build will be using MSI Big Bang Trinergy Mobo and MSI Hawk Video card, both of which feature Solid Chokes and nearly 100% C-Caps instead of normal ones. MSI even claims the HAWK would pass MIL electronics tests for reliability and such. Will be interesting to see if all the effort MSI has put in with these will pay off in the Cap/Coil noise department..

The high pitched squealing has completely disappeared in games. It has squealed a couple times though, mainly when entering the BOIS and tweaking power settings. After replacing the PSU with an Enermax Revolution 85+ 1050W PSU, the squealing I was experiencing a though out the boot up process and then for a few minutes when in Windows, has disappeared.
