overdrive supports all of that (voltage adjusting depends on the MB), but u also have to take into account that most computers sold by the major oems dont have proper cooling and dont have proper pwms so overclocking is not a really good idea since poeople will ether freak out over temps or kill the cpus. but overdrive is the best software ocing tool ive ever seen
what they need is turbo mode so they can cheat in clock to clock comparisons like intel so a 2.66ghz that runs at 2.9 or 3.1 isnt beating the 2.8ghz parts or atleast not by the margins as of now
