X4 630 is now at U$99, that's nice, I liked it.
x4 635 is a bit pointless in my opnion, I hope the X4 640 will take its place.

Anandtech article confirms 2 things, code name Zosma and the LCPM 8 channel support in amd 8xx yaaaa for that.....

If Phenom II X4 2,6 Ghz can do 65W TDP... where is the Athlon II 2,6/2,8 Ghz on 65W TDP?
well, technically, they hardly use 65W as is. Also, I think the whole point of the Athlon II line is affordability, and binning might undermine that.Quote:

The strong suit of the Callisto (P-II X2 550/555 BE) is it's price, the overclocking headroom and the possiblity of unlocking the other 2 cores using ACC. This is not a given, but it's a nice thought that you can have a sub-$100 Quad-Core at 3.2GHz. The P-II X2 555 is a C3 stepping, so overclocking should be better than the previous C2 stepping CPU's.
