Nicely done buddy!!! Looks like there is going to be a new 2D king in town... Start selling those E8600's...:D
How can Level 3 cache at 4 MB for this cpu be faster than a intel chip with 8 or 12MB L3 ?
congratulations, impressive!
Didn't I say 6.5GHz+ benching or 7GHz suicide shot will become possible with i5-670? ;)
Seems like these clarkdale monsters even would want 28x multi or even 29x so you don't have to have to have so much luck with your cpu & mobo to hit the high clocks. Pretty much all Clarksdale results we've seen so far seems to stop at 250~259 bclk when going for the high frequencies.
If blck limitation wasn't an issue I'd think a good sample without any serious cold bug issues would allow for 6.9~7.0GHz benching and maybe 7.2~7.3GHz suicide shot at ~1.9v.
But yea this is really great result from i5-670 congrats!! :D
EDIT: It's a shame about having to use 6x mem multi, is it even possible for DDR3 kits to reach CL5? or is that out of spec or is it the lowest theoretically possible?
Damn, sweet score!!
Holy cow, sweet! :D
2V for 7GHz?!
sweet frequencies and 1M time, congrats for the WR :D:D
nice work , intel is almost back to 7G with 32nm.
Wow, great results!
A new age of Single-threaded benchmarks is about to begin...bwhahahahah!!!
Pics dont work here?
wow sick speeds - they should name it clarkburst :D
Amazing results.:eek:Congrats:up:
Grats on there WR's !
Woo Hoo :)
Insane clockspeeds!
1M/32M will be fun again in 2010!
Very impressive
WoW....
very nice result.....
