I didn't see any improvement between 9.12 and beta driver for 3D03. Maybe GB mobo has a big secret which can reach single 5970 nature 1170+ and GT2 1500+ with "1156 CPU".
Easy way to show whether the score is bugged or not, just show the frame counter at the end of each test in question.

CPU score is higher in XP yes, but the total score shouldn't be.
Guess it depends on gfx card but for nvidia the total score is also higher for me like 22k instead of 21,4k.
You might have bugged low in some tests. (Incidentally, hicookie's GT2 in the single 06 is itself bugged low)
