Ram is keeping me out of 3dmark. Max I can bench right now is 246/247 at those timings because of the ch5 module (I will soon replace it as soon as OCZ will rma my kit). Just to clarify: I used 1 stick of Adata and one of OCZ. My vcore was set at 1.95v in bios indeed, what's so strange for you, xDuck?

About the Vcore.. High Vcore and high FSB don't mix on an NF7, but your Vcore is not that high so it's not strange. 2.1V and 260MHz would be unlikely w/o APCI disabled. I can run up to 2.03V w/ high FSB (245MHz)
I can run up to 2v with 10x multiplier but 1.95v produces higher fsb on my mobo.Quote:

one thing i notice odd, i get 3500m/s @ 225fsb, seems that 500megs more wouldnt be that hard.. im gettign about 1-200meg/s more every 5fsb.

Did you notice any increase in FPS or 3dmark when you went over 3.2Gb/s? It is my understanding that the AMD processors cant use bandwidth over 3.2Gb/s. I haven't run any expermients to validate this, though.
What Im trying to say is that once you reach 3.2GB that perhaps you can get better system performance by holding at that value and increasing the multiplier to increase your CPU clock rate.
Every single MHz at same settings gave more fps, at least for me. If your hardware ain't gonna do more it would show you this through lower scores, kickbacks to desktop, overall instability, and for vid cards in artifacting causing slowdowns...
I have never heard of/or seen any prove an athlon cannot handle more than 3,2GB/s... But you should do that in sync of course ;)

ok with my 2x256mb xms3500 at 2/2/2/7 and 225fsb on a P4C800 and 2.6c with everything on turbo i am getting 3000 in unbuffered sandra.

i can just get over 3000 with my a-data 3200 at 2.7
2899/2695 @ 200mhz 2-2-2-12 on my 8RDA+ SC.
Haven't rebooted in 2 days, have mIRC, WinMX, Windows Media Player, and about 5 mozilla windows going.. hehe.
