I have the sunbeamtech rheobus extreme, which is six dials 30W a channel, which suits my needs, but I do miss having a cool LED display unit like that!! haha.

Me too... If this turns out silent and with RPM display even if two fans are plugged into the same channel, I'm so buying one and ditching my Scythe Kaze Master Ace.

No fan controller will give you accurate RPM for more than one RPM lead. Think about it. You are getting one tick per cyle per fan. Add more fans all you get are more ticks...which will likely occur at different cadences which would likely be interpretted as an overly high and erratic speed which would be of no statistical importance.

lol i was thiknig earliar if it would confuse it and make it think it's double the rpm? i guess then it could work?/ but i guess its not as easy as that

+1 on the humming question. I would be interested in knowing that.

Also curious: Can you turn the display off after adjusting it (ideally without pulling it's plug)? Some of us can appreciate having fan controllers and having a display sometimes, but really don't need any additional lighting 24/7.

A guy on OverClock rushed out to get one from PPC so I guess he'll probably have it in hand and give us the scoop before they lift my NDA :ROTF:
