Yes but FM may not credit you for the extra core......they have a hard enough time ID'ing cpu's correctly....
965BE is popping up as dual core opteron in the comp page for instance.

why it shows users ID not their names and why we couldn't see their ORB Link ?
If you search through the scores......on the orb you can find them by the actual score ;).
I'm liking these 2 rules.
I think it will keep things on a more even ground ;)
Must use commerically available hardware
Futuremark and Gigabyte Reserves the right to reject any entry
Waiting for Gigabyte to send me a new board but it's taking them a while :(
I cant even find the submit button? Can any one link it to me :S

So aparently, you just submit your eligible result to the ORB and it'll prompt you for your e-mail address, enter your e-mail address to be ranked for the comp. :shrug:Quote:
Q: So how do I enter?
A: Enter the lucky draw by submitting a 3DMark06 result using a Gigabyte motherboard and an AMD CPU and give your email address when prompted or login to ORB. To be eligible for the categories where prizes are given to highest scores, you have to publish your result.
Hello guys !
Here is some problem with ORB. I cant make pesult public
^^same here :( when i click on "make public" page just refreshes with no result
Me and elmor did two quick runs, those are at the top right now. Used a Phenom II 965 for it, and it turned out to be a pretty awesome one with 6030MHz core and 4.3GHz NB on the Gigabyte board. Gotta test it on something else later.
Question to organizators
Valid is OK, but i can did it public, what i can do ?
I use catalist 9.8
With other version (9.6 for ex) same.
3D mark 05 is OK

Problem solved :)
Just clean install Windows and install 9.6 Catalyst first helps me
Nice score, DeDaL. A retail 955? :)
Awesome score dedal o.O!
Very nice and extreme score mate
Very nice DeDaL! :D
sorry for my question :
If somebody use ES chips is there any way to find it on ORB Link ?
Big congrats Dedal, really crazy 955 you got there! :D
Sure I have a private comparison on the ORB.....NO way to tell they show up as regular 955's
Looks like a few peoples "retail" 955's are better than hand picked ES high leakage according to my comparison.
BTW the CPU OC % of the comp has not been adjusted yet.
This is over 100% oc not counting the extra core.....full score counts....720 BE unlocked, stock clock = 2.8g 3 cores

Maybe there should've been a mandatory screenshot as well, not that I doubt DeDaL or giorgioprimo, myself and elmor even less. We only had one retail quad-core chip, so we used it, it was a 965. It passes Cinebench in 6140MHz, for some reason we couldn't get that working during our late night testing yesterday... Oh well, there's at least prizes for third. :D
so if there isn't way to identify these chips in ORB how could we know that it's a ES or not ?
the problem with AMD is that they don't hand out ES handpicked's, they give Retail handpicks to users.
Thats just a statement, i believe dedal's and meanmachines scores :). i have used a retail 955 that did 5850 06 and im sure with more tweaking 5.9. so what is 100mhz more. just takes some Binning!
