only validate at AIR, my record to time :)
Later (next week), il try some superpi 32M etc...

What are you on about? I've always done at least 1 hour OCCT for quick checking followed by 24 hours prime and usually ~11 passes memtest86+ for stability testing. For me, if a machine's not 24-hour prime stable, its not stable in the first place.
EDIT:
'Stress your rig to failing'? If it fails stress-testing, then you need to ease up on your overclock. If it fails (eg. dies) during stress-testing, then you're just being far, far too zealous in your clocking, aren't you..?
EDIT:
Just to clarify, I'm not commenting on the thread, just soundood's comments. A 4GHz benchmark or even CPU-Z stable club is fine by me
I had a 4ghz cpuz valid on my thor's hammer - but I cant find the listing anymore :(
I have not even had a Phenom II that would run 4.0ghz for more than 10 seconds before rebooting :(
^^^^ same here, but did get a screen shot before it went...on air 720 be all four cores running...
Any half decent 955BE will run benches at 4GHz but try Prime 95 blend for at least an hour, i bet it will reboot long before.

My precious 550BE on air, stable. I tried unlocking the cores but sadly it did not work, wouldn't boot into Windows at all. I've ran this overclock for two weeks, ran plenty of benchmarks, did 20 tests on IBT and it was all stable.
did u try to raise the voltage? mine running @1,555v. with decent air cooling, the temp well kept below 40°C load
great
now we need the benchmark screenie to put your name on the list :)
Sorry guys 10mhz short :) t has to be 4g exacly ??

but eff is pretty neat.;)
must be a vista 64 bit user
I know how that go's half in and bam BSOD right when the windows logo appears lol
64 bit booting and loading puts full load on the chip.
the LN2 user saidthe chip putts a out a lot of heat at 4.0ghz to boot to windows they're pot was boiling away lol
that's an impressing result
I know that AMD chip likes tight timing on RAM better that RAM clockspeed. I wish my RAM go CAS5 :(
btw, what cooling do you use? I need to know to put your ID on the list...care to try the other benchmark? :D
thats correct. x64 OS put out alot of stress at boot than x86 OS :yepp:

Update List on page 1
anyone wants to submit Cinebench/3DMark 2006/3DMark Vantage CPU score?
Here's another think this was the same chip....can't remember.

@chew*---> :up:
what kind of cooling? and what type or RAM?
** edit**
oopss..sorry for the question..bad internet connection
I Beleive that was with my xigamatek/sanyo denki and that was my dominator gt 1866
Here' another preety sure this was my true 120 and Scyth ultra kaze and my OCZ animals....way back when i reviewed 955 on MSI. Diff chip. Cinebench under all those screens on right ;)

Looks like I still need vantage.
You should add wprime 1024....thats hell at 4 gig ;)
List updated on page 1. separate X2 and X4 for 3DMark CPU score. wouldn't be fair if X2 has to go battle against X4 in 3DMark CPU score :D
chew*, your post is faster than me updating the table
need to break for a moment.gonna update the list tomorrow. it's 2.30 AM in here ;)
Don't mean to derail this thread but here it is:

This is on watercooling.
I also got sub 17 minutes at 3960MHz, check out the SuperPi 32M low clock challenge in the Xtreme Pi section. ;)
