You are wrong. Asus 285 Matrix can do software voltage change because is using UP6208, same as mine. So, mine should work too but not with the current codes...Quote:

v-mem of this card in 1.75V and can stable on 2400mhz but Asus GTx260 Matrix`s V-mem is 1.91 and can increas to 2.1V but with stock V-mem(1.91) can stable on 2500MHZ easily! memory of these card in exactly same chip! Now have you any verison for v-mem of msi gtx260 lightning?
