if francois is behind this and i'm thinking he is i dont think XIP is a "normal" user he now believes should be getting this sort of gear

all i see here is a continuation of what Francois(Intel) and AMD started a little while back. They are now just changing it up a little but behind the curtain it looks like the same mascarade(?!spelling) to me
