I've got all the hardwired cables done now,I need to move the plugs on the SATA power cable before I can finish the modular cables,I had hoped to take the braiding right in to the PSU but as you can see it's so tight in there with those heatsinks there just wasn't the space for that volume of braid,so I had to just heatshrink the ends of the bundles, even then it was a struggle to get the cover back on

That's all I've got for now,untill next time :)
Every time I see that white tubing, I want a glass of milk. Your build does a body good.
Not to be nit picky or anything, but is that top HD got a good connection with the sata power plug? It looks like there is a lot of tension in that photo
Great as always besides that ;)
I thought i'd have a break from sleeving and had a play around with the LED's for the res's,I tried the white ones first
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...icture005b.jpg
They don't look that clear and have a slight blue hue, next up UV LED's
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...Picture008.jpg
Personally I think the UV looks better, what do you think?,comments welcome :)
Where you going to use UV reactive fluid? Even if you weren't the UV LEDs add a nice touch of color. In that photo it seems that it almost matches the fan controller
The res's are full,Feser Clear UV Blue,if you look closely you can see a small air pocket at the top,i'll take a couple of night shots tomorrow with the pumps running for comparison.
I like the UV's better, but i guess it also depends on the liquid effect once that's in...
pure project is very nice and clean.
id go with the UV ones, they are a closer colour the the LED's in your fan controller...and if u have some nice UV liquid in there it would ping!
cant wait to see more progress
:up::up:

http://www.mnpctech.com/120mm_fangri..._mnpctech2.jpg
http://www.mnpctech.com/120mm_fangri...m_mnpctech.jpg
I'll be powdercoating these and using them to replace the basic wire grills I have now,I think they'll improve the overall appearance of the case.that's all i've got for now, untill next time.
very nice
your sleaving job looks really nice and clean i like the look a lot cant wait to see the finished product:up:

http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/m...e017Medium.jpg
I think these look much better than the wire grills
Also I got Mod of the Day over at HardOCP,which I didn't expect :),anyway that's all i've got for now,i'm hoping to get all the wiring finished at the weekend.
Those grills look so nice against the white, I have to say there are a lot of great builds on this site, but I think this is one of the best, purely because it is so clean and simple. Congratulations on a great build so far!
Wow, that last update looks amazing!! i love the colour of the lights in those fans, looks like they where built just to match your case! very very nice indeed, the grills look really good, i like them with that brushed silver effect, gives a lovely depth to it! cant wait to see it fully completed :up:
i love the way you have managed the SATA cables going into the hard-drive looking nice and tidy
this build really is looking stunning :yepp::yepp: keep up the good work
