if you say that a "big" database can announce its best scores as WR (even when they aren't the best scores on the web) then please define the criteria (in numbers) for it to be given such right
i personally have nothing against hwbot, but i simply got tired of people (and organisations ;)) who produce a score and claim it a world record just because see it at the #1 rank in one (not all!) of the databases (don't even bother to use "search" button at the forum they post)
