first problem i encounter is hitting another wall around htt234 @ 233htt my mem sits @ 1864mhz i tried to see if thats my problem causing boot issues-nope its not that

This board is shaping up nicely with some bios work :D
Can you care to comment on how hot the DrMOS PWM section runs under load, and any vdroop on the board? Are you able to clock a Phenom II on the same speeds using less voltage than usual on asus/giga boards?
but in win windows i hit 1872 so i know its a bios hole

bench superpi, wprime with this RAMs OC to 1800MHz+ and than with default or undercloking at 1333 and bench it :)
is the new 1.1 bios more recent then the beta bios you were testing with msi?

The new 1.1 official is based on the 1.11 beta, 1.12 beta is out, and should have 1.15 beta shortly to address memory clocking and auto recovery routines for failed clocks. Hopefully some DQS tables will get updated also.Quote:
