It depends on the application. Some don't benefeit at all (0%) from the extra cache, and some benefeit by a huge amount. In CPU intensive tasks the Prescott will be the faster and more efficient processor due to its architecture. In some places the EE may have a slight edge but I doubt it will be by much, and only in places where the large cache comes in to place.
