Right now I can change the NB speed. The HT will stay at 1.8Ghz and the NB VID is default.

ahhhh well thats says a lot. if you can change the HT speed then it might end up being better at 2ghz HT and 2.4ghz nb than at 1.8ghz HT and 1.8ghz NB. if a new bios update comes out i would be interested in seeing that.
