Very stupid IMO , isn't a 285GTX an overkill for dedicated physic + will that WC will handle 5 GPU cores and 4 CPU cores , Integrated iPhone/iPod syncing dock WTF ?

No SSD's? sorry, but in a pc at such a high price there have to be atleast two.
Watercooled? why bother? get a decent aircooler, it will be cheaper and perform better than a coolit wc kit.
A graphicscard dedicated to Physx? :rofl::rofl:
A bit expensive to play tetris or hearts...:rofl:
Don't think it's a simplistic coolit kit as we know it, as it also cools the GPU's...
i don't understand why everyone is hating on this thing.
someone posted that this is priced only ~15-20% higher than retail prices for these parts. i'm sure it comes with some warranty/extra goodies, so it's not over-the-top on cost.
it has top-of-the-line graphics card and a top-of-the-line processor to go with it.
if the water cooling on this thing actually delivers, then you have yourself a nice machine. the motherboard won't absolutely KILL your overclock here...
the only drawback to this machine is its exclusion of an ssd drive... well, i bet that's why they included the GTX 285 for physics. you're REALLY supposed to sell it and buy an SSD for your O/S! that's the real game guys;)

SSD or atleast SLC SSDs atleast are still too expensive to be practical and would drive this price over ten grand easily. IT could get even worse, if you want an entirely ssd based storage solution.
MLC are a let down for performance in practical terms. I would take velociraptors over anything mlc beside perhaps the intel ssds, which are still crazily overpriced.
This is pretty close to the ultimate gaming system in terms of commercially sellable systems. It even doesn't have a xfi fatality soundcard for once. Rather, it has an auzen prelude card, which pretty much everyone around here can stomach.
What do people expect from the ultimate gaming system?
4*150gb SLC ssd harddrives, Phase Change cooled everything, including the southbridge. A silver case? A 30 grand price tag?
In terms of gaming performance this has pretty much everything a person could want. And for 8 grand it is competitive with the competition.

It cost 8,270 to build a similar computer at falcon, minus, the water graphic cooling, the case touch screen lcd, and the excessive physics card/gtx 285, the media center stuff, the Tv tuner, the ipod stuff. Ram clocked at 1066, instead of 1600. The inhouse setup, 6 month followup visit.
If the water system is poorly designed, it is BFG that will suffer the most because they will have to deal with all the warranty crap that comes with a poorly designed water system.
So much hate for this system and people just being unreasonable. Adding in a couple slc ssd drives kills any profit left.

Although expensive I think it is competitive with other extreme high end gaming systems like the XPS for instance. My guess is this rig will be CPU limited though even with a big OC which they won't get with the CoolIT.
I just priced similar components on NewEgg as best I could and went expensive with the SilverStone touchscreen case and PSU. I used 5x BFG GTX280's and a swiftech kit for the CPU. Didn't bother cooling the video with water but priced an extra kit to even it out. Short story: save 2K by building this yourself.
