We don't know .. sorry
alrady orderd this here in europe :D hoping i will get it soon :D
Sweet!
I can't wait till this arrives at NCIX, any news on when the MCW60 adaptor kit for the 4870x2's comes out or are the needed screws and etc included in this kit?
Will there be a 4870x2 FC Block ala stealth series? I'm pricing up a rig with a i7 920, Asus Rampage Extreme II and a 4870X2... I know there is a block to fit the Mobo, and the GTZ will work with the CPU... but im blockless for my 4870X2 since I'd like to keep it all swiftech.
Thanks.
or XSPC for even less
That would go against what I said... which is "I'd like to keep it all swiftech".
Well there IS no full cover swiftech block so you're SOL then.

I believe this as close as it gets from Swiftech
Hey Gabe....
Ummm, I want a Ford Mustang, but do you know if the Chevy Camaro engine will fit.... :D:ROTF::rofl:
Breezyjr
You'll need an improvised bellhousing adaptor plate and the torque converter isn't guaranteed to line up. If you drive a manual, you may need to shim your pedal linkage to compensate. Also, have fun completely doing the electronics.
Sure, it's possible. Here's your power tools. Have at it.
Any hope of getting them unanodized?
well, there isn't a "full cover" option.
If you take a look at the product page for this heatsink, you will notice that is designed to be used with the caldera water block. It is currently unreleased, should be soon though I'm guessing. From the looks of the photo, it mounts on top of the heatsink.
It looks pretty nice, I'd get one if I had a HD4870x2. :D
