If you want the best memory out there the mushkin 3500 lvl2 is expensive, but probably the best. Some cheaper bh-5 would be any mushkin lvl2.
khx 3000/3200 that is 2-2-2-6(3000 is sometimes bh-6, so I went with 3200 to be sure), and it is less expensive that the mushkin.
buffalo 3700 uses bh-5 and is very cheap, especially if you wanted 2x256. You could get 1gb for about $15 more than 512mb of mushkin.
Just stick to bh-5. If you want to get the most out of it head over to the vmod section. Check out the last page(might be 2nd to last now) of the "smd grabber" thread and check out that technique that someone found. It is incredibly easy, and doesn't require any grabbers or soldering to the mobo.

Yeah the wire trick. I still need a guide for this mobo then. I think i'll get the pc3500 lvl2 mushkin. Thanks all. I've been steered away from the OCZ.
