Finally finished stage 1
Recieved both rads today, and installed only the 220 as I will put the 120 on when I get the GPU cooler.
Tidied the cables a but and will finish that when the sleeving kit and sata cables arrive :)
Behold my 3T sata power cable! lol

push the tubing all the way onto those radiator barbs, also don't forget to use clamps :fact:
Nice work so far
Looks very nice!!!
Is the radiator held in place by sitting in the 'CD-ROM drive' slot of the case?
Nope, it's suspended by screws from the top of the case with 1cm rubber spacers :)
Oh wow.
id mod the rest of the top and get some 20mm yate loons. and could you fit your 120mm rad in the empty space under the drives?
There's no way you can fit a 25mm fan there nor cut anything as the HDD cage is in the way anyway. As for the 120 rad, it's too tall and again the HDD cage is in the way.
The 120 rad will go at the back as per above photo's.
Thanks for your comments/input :)
foR
Vdroop mod tonight :D
wow. nice work. This case is just so ripe for a HTPC build.
Thanks,
Just ran the CPU up to 4.8 and stable at 4.5 untill I get the 120.1 rad in there.
What sort of temps are you getting?
mid 44ish idle and 63 load @ 4.5-.7 @ 1.4(something will confirm tonight V) it was a fairly humid evening though
The board has a droop of .5v, hoping to lessen that.
Great idea on customizing the color of the cables using sleeves.
I'll probably do that some day.
I have the Mini P180 as well and was debating for a long time about watercooling. I must've looked at this page 100 times. I finally did it though.
Sorry for digging up an old thread =x
Here is my build.
It can also be found here: http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...mini-p180.html
Not much modding. Took out the top 5.25" bay and mounted the rad on top of the case.
I was able to put 2 standard Yate Loon 25mm along with the MCR220 up top after taking out the top 5.25" bay.

Bonz, I have to ask, what is your OC on your i920, vCore, and temps w/ 100%?
I have a regular antec p180b and hate it, but the mini looks nice.
Finally, there's some quality mATX boards out there. Nice job btw, looks slick. Thats a very powerful rig. ;)
Hey mate nice setup :)
What oc + temps idle and 100% load? :)
Cheers
Wow thats awesome
I'd also like to know your load temps?
