Don't feel bad. Its not that bad. I've seen a lot worse.
Between my pets and my computers, I would take the computers to the trash dump any day.
Ewwwww. Thats nasty. Well at least you can see now how much of the rad is not getting airflow from the motor being in the way! Get some shrouds!
:ROTF: :ROTF: :ROTF:
Hey SiG! Well I seen better days but I sure feel much cleaner now
way too much lurking these past months, I should try to post more often.
and yes! I am hoping to keep the new one much cleaner :p: :D
QFT!
Thanks a lot for the kind words IanY and I am glad to see so many positive responses, thanks guys :)
lolz hoax hire a maid with enough technical skills to do your pc maintenance for ya... hehehe
welcome back. hehehe...
Do you smoke?!
Ive got 3 cats, They are completely banned from my computer room since I have cleaned everything out. Mine after 6 months looked nowhere near as bad as that tho, wow!
Hehehe, that was so dirty I just had to laugh, especially at the shot of the furry radiator :p:
that was not as bad as I expected! And the McRes is still in good shape, stained maybe, but no micro cracks.
Wow that is one nasty looking rig. Guess its needs a nice clean after a year.
Wow, this is very similar to a thread I just made a few days ago, but 100 times worse. I have never seen computers grow like that! I would feel bad cleaning it out because at this point your computer is now a living object, and as a Buddhist I don't want to kill anything that is alive :-)
wow...
thats not too bad
now you know you just need to vaccum clean the rad every 3 months and you're good to go
u submerge the fans in water and shake the living crap out of them inside the water.
Dont worry, alex showed everyone on XS that yates work submerged in water and pink lemonade!
so all you really want to do is just let them bake outside in the sun tomorrow to dry.
just turn them on under water :P
i would rather get a paper towel and wipe them down...
surely water will stay in some parts of the housing
it really isnt needed
just use an old toothbrush
I clean fans my fans using a wet/damp cloth and then to dry them turn the oven on to the lowest setting and put them in there for 10-20minutes.
lol thats mad, but an awesome post. I wonder just how many bugs are in there, bugs which u have raised, you are essentially their father. That seriously looks like a bio-hazard, have u been ill much recently?!
Tygons seem to turn Yellow/green in hot ambient conditions, My total of 30feet of Tygons turned Yellow, due to hot weather at my location, So I finally moved to R3400 black tygons :D.
use baby wipes to clean fans easy.
radiator, a nice shower of water thru the fins then let sun dry.
The real reason to upgrade regularly revealed:
it will never look like the pics in the first post.:p:
