i would assume this mobo is tri-sli capable, if so awesome, i think i found mine then, i could still use my old x-fi card in there as well :) :) BTW, kinda noob still if tri-sli would the cards (gtx280's) be bandwidth starved at all because of running x16, x8, x8?
I personally dont like the molex connector positioning, or the positioning of the front panel audio header, but I use dedicated sound, so that doesnt bother me as much
The lack of firewire on the i45 was a dissapointment for me, good to see they have added it this time. I'm sure it will be a cracking board.Quote:

By far the best layout for any of the X58 mobos so far IMO, looks very clean, this would be my choice of X58 without doubt. I also like the 12 phase design and power & reset buttons. :up:

yep, i use a usb stick for that, detects as a floppy drive :) or you could just use a usb floppy drive... and vista lets you use a regular usb stick anyway. think of the 4watts you'll save by not having one running the whole time hehe.Quote:
