2 x 2gb corsair dominator, I did the linpack test a while back and it passed. ram needs 2.1, I have it set to 2.1
thanks for the the advice, but I'm tired of this crap, I've seen other people having the same issue
going back to the maximus rampage formula, x48 seems better for quads anyway

well I just cleared my CMOS and it appears the restart issue is gone
I also haven't had a BSOD since updating to 1406, so it might be fixed? was just about to put in the Rampage Formula

Good to hear mate, some users still need to use compatability mode for the CME setting for high FSB OC'ing... but the boards seem to be more stable now

I'm gonna try out some overclocking this weekend. Just want something easy and simple, like 8 x 400MHz.
Are these issues confined to the Q9450 or is it all Yorkfield CPUs? I've read Intel is discontinuing the Q9450 and makes me a little nervous.
