Update 2/3 on 10/01/2008:
Decided to settle with the Dremel 678-01 Circle Cutter acessory to make the 120mm cuts on the top of the case, wow so simple to use and here the stuff I needed:

Of course I only painted the side that goes to viewers side :)
I decided to do something about these boring grey drive locks:

Update 1/1 on 10/04/2008:
Here's what I've done these last couple of days, the inside components painted to Flat Black, the case skeleton all painted with the 3M Rubberized sound dampening spray paint and some other stuff:
Tools I used to do the holes in the case:
http://i33.tinypic.com/eunjgz.jpg
Again very easy to make holes with these, instead of using the Dremel discs cutter that is usually a pain.
Black screws for the case (drives and cards):

The big ones will go for Rads and small screws for drives, cards etc. I love allen type screws!
Case components in Flat Black

I will fit 4 sata drives in that only cage I needed some extra space so I removed the 2nd hard drive case.

After: here's how it looked after Primer>Paint>3M Paint>Enamel all FlatBlack, and with the holes still unfinished:
http://i34.tinypic.com/14id9w0.jpg
It took me 2 days to paint (cold weather) and the rubberized spray is really decent and neat looks a bit like powder coating some times but WAY cheaper
FlatBlackCase with smoothed out holes:

Front (notice that I didn't use the 3M rubber for front and back only on the inside):

The red drawing is where I'm going to hide the pump I also did that little hole on the side to connect the wires to the PSU.
Another close up of the case and the magic 3M Rubberized Undercoat

Still deciding what to install as add-ons on the front (extra 120mm fan? Any suggestions?)

Hope you guys enjoyed these updates now I'm stuck a bit waiting for new stock of the BP ST Transfer Fittings so I can attach to the Reservoir.
Other stuff pending also: uv coolant, some extensions, internal card reader, more insulation material from DD, dialectic grease, etc.
I'm also thinking about using 2 black tubing only for the inlet from Fillport to the Reservoir top and from the outlet to the Drain Valve in the bottom (coming out from the last ATI Radeon) what do you guys think? Will it look decent or should I keep all tubing transparent with blue UV?
Update 01/1 on 10/13/2008
Time for a new update!
I'm still waiting on some minor parts and also for OCZ Support to help me get my Cryo-Z going smoothly. So I decided to get some things done this weekend:
Core Main Components
http://i37.tinypic.com/2qi3h9c.jpg
*Just receive the Q9650 1.2125vid and those superb G.Skill Pi they are flowing 1300Mhz++ with less then 2.0v on these DFI X48 boards
Naked Truth:

*Clean as a whistle
Voltmods?
http://i37.tinypic.com/219e3wm.jpg
*Shook the dust out of my soldering iron and applied these simple 100k pots to raise DDR and Vcore volts a little :yepp:
Speed (raptors) and Storage (normal WD's):
http://i38.tinypic.com/2qn4g2b.jpg
*Notice that I painted one of the Raptor's top Flat Black? I used mask tape of course...
Before the cages where 2 and took a lot of space for 6 HD's
Before:
http://i35.tinypic.com/2eqgv9h.jpg
I decided to place 4 HD's in only one cage and twist the cage backwards so all the cables would be nice and clean hidden from the back, made new fitting holes too <TM> Just trade marked - Lian-Li MONEY for the IDEA PLEASE :ROTF:
4 HD's in small cage:
http://i33.tinypic.com/2ahy3xi.jpg
I used a 3m Heavy Duty 2 sided tape to place the last one on top, hope these 4 HD's don't fry in there!
Done:

New Cage inside the case with better lighting:
