Decided to settle with the Dremel 678-01 Circle Cutter acessory to make the 120mm cuts on the top of the case, wow so simple to use and here the stuff I needed:

Yes the interior will be Flat Black also with the Rubberized 3M spray paint for better insulation and sound dampening proprierties.

I already did the black priming yesterday (as you can see on the frontal pic below the Fillport). I'm also working in the holes for cable management and will post new updates this weekend.

Great work so far, it always amazes me how versatile dremels are

this looks awesome so far, since you have very similar taste to me and similar hardware, this is my favorite project going on right now. Keep the pictures coming!

Yes when I was shopping for the right tool I couldn't believe how much stuff they have! This attachment for 120mm holes is just perfect, it sliced the aluminum like butter.

It took me 2 days to paint (cold weather) and the rubberized spray is really decent and neat looks a bit like powder coating some times but WAY cheaper :up:

Hope you guys enjoyed these updates now I'm stuck a bit waiting for new stock of the BP ST Transfer Fittings so I can attach to the Reservoir.

Other stuff pending also: uv coolant, some extensions, internal card reader, more insulation material from DD, dialectic grease, etc.

I'm also thinking about using 2 black tubing only for the inlet from Fillport to the Reservoir top and from the outlet to the Drain Valve in the bottom (coming out from the last ATI Radeon) what do you guys think? Will it look decent or should I keep all tubing transparent with blue UV?

Very nice! I really like the paint on your case, can you give me more specifics on the paint that you used?

I haven't seen MCP-655's to get too hot, so your insulation will probably be ok. I think as long as you insulate the base from the case it won't make much noise. You definitely won't hear it over the compressor running.

Hey BlueAqua, the paint I used was the 3M Rubberized Flat Black Undercoat:

It gives a rugged look and textured in rubber makes a good sound dampening material.

I started off applying a light coat of spray black primer twice, after a long drying period I applied a light coat of normal flat black paint.

After a while I gave the 1st 3M Rubber layer and then I repeated the process 3 times always using light sprays.

I would always use compressed air and brush to take excess away (little rubber particles would come loose) after each coat.

I then use a high performance enamel twice (see picture).

To finish I used a Clear Coat spray you can find in any autoparts reseller.

Hey 'papa' thanks I just did a light insulation on the 655 more to hide it inside then to prevent noise. It's kinda of a hassle to prep the system for 1st run! And I got a leak on one of the HD3870's loop :shakes:

The SB doesn't need to be cooled at all, ppl reported with the max voltage and above 500fsb no heat at all. And it would be more tubes and cuts and kinks in so little space.

Yes it looks so sleek that rubber paint, it was a gamble never seen that paint before but it worked out nice.

I'm gonna peek your thread too :up:

The Drain Valve comes out of the second HD3870 and goes to the back of the case right above the PSU hole.
