Then I guess it fluctuates ;)
^ you guys should break 40k
increase v12 rail ;)
tighter ram settings
40k shall be yours :)
No mem settings, and my 500W psu is already maxed out at 24/7 clocks I'm afraid :D
Seriously, these rigs aren't about benching. If I tweaked them all day long, I would waste so much computational power. Finding the max stable setting is what counts here (no not Spi "stable" :ROTF: )
21k broken for me :) 4 cores air cooled
KELL5: thats an awsome clock you got there on your cpu. what motherboard are you running?

This is for my 24/7 setup, dont know why the nuclearus shows 100Mhz too much
Quick run, totally stock timings and voltage on memory (5-5-5-18), all kinds of crap running in the background.;)
theres no honor benching @ "all kinds of crap running in the background" :shakes:
:D
come on lutjens.. shut down "all kinds of crap running in the background" get it bench ready and lets see 40k+
:toast:
just a qwick test whit a singel qx9775.
need a beter psu to use the second qx9775.
all @ stock, mem ar 4 x 1 gb kingstone @ 319,2 mhz, 5:4 , 5-5-5-15-20
If I had a QX I'd break 40k easily :D
However FSB 461 is absolute max benchable on my Dual S771. And I've never seen anyone get higher than me anyways, so I kind of hold the FSB record already :p:
Plus there is stuff running in the background you just can't shut down just for some silly bench.. like the Raid 5's consistency check, Acronis, VMware etc.
Yep that was all running on mine while benching, and more :D
These rigs aren't for playing around.
"These rigs aren't for playing around"
right.. and still my quads faster @ dvd encoding:

:D
2xE5410@3.05GHz / air cooled
Almost hit 30K...not bad considering my poor L1/L2 cache throughput and slow FPU performance.
