Oh that thing is sexy as hell alright. Gotta git me one of them.
i hate to say this, and i know in no way AC was here to hear me say it. So im not saying they stole it.
But that looks almost exactly like how i was gonna have iandh do my chipset blocks earily this year b4 he had to pull the project because of time. :T
Im glad a vendor finally got smart and thought of a 2 in 1 block. I seriously was trying to ask a few people to make them. But now you can space the barbs in a perfect gap and get both northbridge AND southbridge!
GOOD JOB AC! Looks like you guys are coming out with some really nice stuff now
Incase you guys were wondering about thiness, if you made the water path really really WIDE, its okey to go thin. I think thats what AC did as well. Only way is to pop the lid and see. :T
Wait first, sharkas website is back! yay, so they didn't go under
Innovatek took it one step further with the x38
Northbridge, 2 Mosfets, and Cpu all in one. Not to mention nickel plated copper.. How much is this bad boy going to cost you, um only $369 lol

To be fair, it doesn't say it has any aluminum in this block, just all nickel plated copper. Doesn't matter, it could be all silver, $369 is still way too high lol.
Most innovatek has aluminum, as does my radiator (only used for alumium ram blocks though!)
Smart design.
Still waiting for a BIOS chip waterblock
Sharka is like 20 minutes from where I live... I wonder if I could just stop by! I could ask them straight up about the block if so...
Anyone know any distributors that can ship to the US that carry this chipset block?
Looking at the pic I wonder if due to the barb location if it will prohibit a soundcard like the new SB one from going in the top PCI-E 1x slot
Not true! I was just there last Friday and orders were shipping. Maybe you should try and secure some 10k plus orders for AC and see how fast you get it :shakes:
The problem with AC is they don't care about the US market. It takes a good month (if you are lucky) to get a large order and by then there are new products out. This means old stock is hard to sell and your cash flow is negatively impacted.
I've ordered a lot of AC parts from both aqua-pcs.co.uk and heranke.com (in Germany.) Only problem is that you'll get it broken off in you because of the weak exchange rate and shipping. Aqua-pcs gets to me in MI in about 5 days from England. Heranke ships by DHL and can 2 to 3 weeks.
I think some people have also ordered from Vcore.dk and were happy with the experience.
I have had a great experience with aqua computers. I broke the top acrylic (lexan??) piece of my ram waterblock and they sent me a new top piece for a minimal charge. The process was quick and they requested paypal, which was perfect!
Too bad our exchange rate sucks the big hiney though.
