well, as a large part of manufacturing is done in China, they are not the only country. Don't forget that there are other SE Asian countries that do there fair share of world trade (Laos, Vietnam. . ) plus let's not count out India. But really, the trend will be in a shift from Asia as labor costs+declining Dollar drive industry into Africa. That's where you're future pumps+blocks+everything will be coming from. . . .
TO be fair, mine were not BROKEN, they had been assembled wrong. The design is not perfect because without a second O-ring the inner channel the water gets in there, and the leaking problem was because They had not put the O-ring in right. I have now been running both blocks for more than 24 Hours, the temps are awesome and they don't leak at all!
So I don't know who is screwing these blocks together before they go out, but he needs to watch the training video again...
good commentary...
xspc lacks QC...
I guess it's a trade off for their aggressive pricing. XSPC is damn cheap here.
I know XSPC and trust me they are not sending out :banana::banana::banana: guys there might be a bad batch :banana::banana::banana: happens,
who knows no need to talk smack, I sent a email to my contact at xspc to see what the issue was and how it can be fixed
Looks like the copper expanded just enough to place tension on the screw which caused the Plexiglas to crack... I've seen it happen before...
I personally like LEXAN better since its stronger than plexi and won't crack like that
I waiting on what xspc has to say
