Version 1.1.0 is released
http://www.evga.com/articles/405.asp
* Changed default tray text color
* Improved set of synchronization protocols aimed to improve Precision usage safety in conjunction with third party hardware monitoring tools
* Precision product version is no longer hardcoded in the skin, now you may press "i" button or move mouse over Precision tray icon to see Precision product version
* Added overclocking and fan profiles system. Profiles system supports 10 customizable profile slots and provides beginner friendly interface for saving current Precision overclocking and fan settings to a profile and restoring previously created profile via graphical user interface, tray menu or programmable global hotkeys
* Added option for disabling user interface hints system
* Added ability to customize monitoring window color scheme via the skins
* Added ability to disable monitoring window via the skins
* Added support for monowidth fonts and fonts with adjustable interval in the skin engine
* Optimized runtime skin changing routine for improved skin switching appearance
* Now Precision saves window position and restores it on the next startup
* Added new blue skin (special thanks to Derek Wood!)
* Now the skins are sorted in alphabetical order in skin browser window
* Optimized startup PCI bus scanner. Now the core supports filtered PCI bus scanning and by default scans just the fist 16 buses where display adapters normally reside. This optimization reduces Precision startup time by approximately 3x factor on the majority of mainboards

Profiles are really handy, but only if you can remember what they are.
Does your profile system allow labelling of each profile?
Currently they are only labeled by 1, 2, 3, etc.
We can look into more custom labeling profiles in the future.
EDIT:
Although I will mention that if you right click in the system tray, each is indentified by the clocks and fanspeed settings.
Sorry if the question is very stupid, but someone tried the utility on any card other than EVGA?
Yes you can. It works great on my Palit 8800GT.
Can cards in SLI be clocked seperately because we all know not all cards will clock the same.
Cards in SLI HAVE to be clocked the same. If they don't you get synch issues and the video goes haywire.
Oh okay thanks for making that clear, so now my question is, if both cards are clocked the same in SLI, will they still retain the overclocks when they are not in SLI? The reason that I ask is because I turn on SLI when I game and then turn it off when I want to use dual monitors. Thanks.
That looks awesome. Once i actually get an EVGA Vid card I'd like to OC, that'll be my choice program.
An option in the GUI to increase the max clocks available would be nice.
I doubt that it will be added. Max clock limits are hidden into encoded protected file not just for fun, Precision is a simple tool for beginners and it should not contain any "holes" allowing the beginners to burn the hardware. So user shouldn't have an ability to push the clocks beyond the limits defined by EVGA then blame them for software for his dead graphics card. There are alternate overclocking tools for those who wish to overclock higher.
Ive never seen a dead card from pushing the clocks too hard. Have you?
Very NiCe!! - - Just deleted rivatuner.....
I love the oc+fan profile in 1.1.0 as well as the keyboard control in game! It would be even sweeter if it can automatically apply oc profile when launching game...
Got it, attached is a new version for 1.1.0, extract these contents, then overwrite the EVGAPrecision.dat file in the root directory, this should allow much higher OC's.
Also, I don't think we will include such high OC's in retail version... just for protection :) But I will provide the .dat file because, well this is XS :D
