i also checked 1gb sticks 667 and 800 mostly "P", 1 was "E".
checked also AXERAM 800 and 1066 all "N".

The Axeram 2x1GB with N have D9GMH if you want to sell them to friends.
So there is no 2x2GB with other than powerchips. Thx mate.
imagine 2x1gb axeram 800 with such good price :P
Well, anyway there are CSX 4GB kits that costs less than 100EUR and can hit very high speeds. These do have Powerchips.
So is safe to assume that if i buy a 2x2 Gb kit i'll get those Powerchips right?
What about the overclockability, would i have the same OC as Doc? I was 'eyeing' a 2x1 Gb OCZ Platinum XTC pc6400 for 48€ but Jetram costs only 16€ more.
Thx to everyone.
With Powerchips anything from 520+@5-5-5-15 can be guaranteed.
I can even go a bit higher, but not much.

I'm currently running Vista Business 32 bit SP1 with 2 x 1gb Team Xtreem @ 4-4-4-8 450fsb.
This ram seems so intriguing and the price is right ($75 free ship) @ the Egg for 2 x 2gb.
My question is will I see the same/better/or worse performance in going to this ram at 5-5-5-15 450fsb as it is 4gb but vista may only recognize 3gb.
Thanks!
From what i've seen 5-5-5-15 above 500 will outperform the lower timings.
cya.
First you do have additional 2GB which is more important.
Second 450@4-4-4-12 is almost identical to 530@5-5-5-15.
So if you are e.g. 8x450@1:1@4-4-4-12 then 8x450@5:6@540-5-5-5-15 is faster.
Is that memory the same as this?

Are these PQI sticks the same powerchips too? Same price/look on newegg:

As for now i have not seen any other except Powerchips.
Ok, bit the bullet and ordered a pair from Chiefvalue.com since they were a dollar cheaper than the Egg and had free shipping. The 1.8v spec seems to preconfirm powerchips:

Chiefvalue Transcend Jetram 2 x 2gb pc6400 kit arrived.
Powerchips.
5-5-5-15 easy 450fsb 1.8v.
Will get around to tinkering with the timings later...but doesn't like cas 4.
EDIT: Motherboard bios doesn't support 5:6 or 4:5 ratio, bummer. So am settling for 5-5-5-12 2T 450fsb 1.8v for 9 x 450fsb = 4ghz...
mine were supposed to have arrived today :/
meh
Hi!
New here at the forums and the reason I became a member was to thank everyone here for pointing me in the direction of these memories that are just great. I am currently using 2x2gig powerchips and am running them at 1000mhz@5-5-5-15-2T@2.05v.
Ran each stick separately in memtest+ 2.01 before running them at the oc in dual-channel and ran another memtest in order to make sure that everything is stable and so far not a single problem.
Bought these in Sweden and the reason I could do that and be sure that I would recieve powerchips are because the author of this thread Dr.Leary :)
Here is a pic of the package that came to my house (2x)

I´m glad to be able to help. What tRFC are you running?
since I left all the subtimings on auto, everest reports 64t.
Then you probebly can go a bit higher than 1000mhz!?
nah that's ok. I'm ok with 1000 since the crucial ballistix 8500 i had before died at at the same speed and timings at 2.2v.
can someone give me a hand here?
i've never messed with sub-timmings before, and my ram doesn't want to stay at 1000mhz even at 2.2v
it works just fine at 800mhz 5-5-5-15 1.8v
800mhz 4-4-4-12 2.2v and 1000mhz 5-5-5-15 2.2v won't work..
I've tried 1:1, 2:3, 3:4, 4:5 and just can't figure out..
so I downloaded memset to try to figure out something but i couldn't really.. I've used the timmings in Dr.Leary post but it only makes it last a bit longer in Orthos...
anyway, in this pic i've set 5-5-5-15 and the rest on auto on the bios.. If anyone could help it'd be very appreciated.
thanks in advance!

Is it sticks with the "P" for powerchips on as showed in pictures posted on earlier posts?

It seem you have a different ram then the ones we got.
