Play Crysis DX10 Very High with AntiAliasing 16xQ !!!

There is something with crysis and my system, which results in really poor performance when compared to other people with similar systems.

I cannot play on high or very high without it running at ~5 fps constantly, and even on medium it lags a little. (This is at 1440x900, no AA)

quad core needed for sure,not for crysis but for your sli setup.and what powersupply is pushing your rig?

Crysis 1280*1024 Very High 4AA

Setting Crysis 1280*1024 Very High 16xQ, my 3-way SLI 9800 GTX @ 750/1140 crash.

Conclusion : 3-way SLI 8800 GTX is stronger than 3-way SLI 9800 GTX.

Is this the best veryhigh quality mod for crysis it looks very nice.

The very fact that you need at least $1000 dollars worth of graphics cards to get to borderline playable levels at 1280x1024 with 4xAA says it all imo. All hail Crysis the worst coded AAA game ever seen.

I'll second that opionion.

nothing special i can play smoothly on two Ultras at 1920x1200 8AA!

Lol i tried crysis demo on my pc and it ran horribly, the graphics and physics are amazing though. Seriously though, in order to play this game maxed out i need to invest in 3 way SLi?

nice thread where can i download the tools... because io had some
CVAR files to tweak in DX9 XP into VERY HIGH or Costum profile... are these the same or what? do think so...

Too bad that TRI-SLi needs Vista to work,Crysis it's ~8-10FPS faster on XP with very High mod than it is on Vista and the quality is ~the same....
