What IC´s are these OCZ2P10004GK? and what voltage can they handle?

Almost all 2x2GB past 1000+ on rated speeds are Powerchips.

just popped these in and did a few tests. All stock timings so far.

They weren't liking much past 1066, but I haven't spent much time on them yet.
Actually, 1066 is giving me random BSOD but I think its a board thing and not the fault of the RAM.

i can push them 1060 - 1066, but 5-6-6-18. TRCD at 6 is a not a problem, didnt see any big difference in everest benchmarks.
