Cascade is finally tunned and tomorrow will be 100% finished (today 99.5 % :D ) , I'll upload pics tomorrow too :) .
Results :
-107*C unloaded
-100*C @ 225W dummyload
-98*C @ 260W dummyload
Cascade is tunned to hold load over 300W . If I want to tune it for 260W as a max , it can done -101*C@260W :) .
The cascade is approx 55-70 kg .

Wow... impressive temps at such a huge load.
Why not tune for a lower load with the new 45nm chips? Is the customer using Kentsfield 65nm?

Only the pressure gauges could be installed in a row, then it would look a bit cleaner..
The ND gauges show a pretty high pressure, is your static pressure on both stages about 9 -10 bar?
look about that, godmod.
All so should be said having the low side guages over pressurized like that is going to throw out their calibration! For futur builds you may want to use a higher pressur rated gauge for the Low side so it can handle the off cycle pressur better.
I've never seen any gauges with scale over 10 bara on low side. :(Quote:
