Hmmm... I received my X48 from MSI

That pipe loop on the NB looks interesting, but will it get in the way of some of the larger air coolers?

It's an IDT PCI Express Switch 89HPES16T7ZH. It controls what speed the two yellow/orange expansion slots are. As far as i can gather it can split them both to being 4x.
