this is 6mm pcv ;)
work better than stainless i thnik,
stainless is more rigid but pcv has almost 0 temp conductivity :p: so working as insulator
and in SS you dont need insulte holddown I guess

How do you buffing evaps, using some machine or maybe it's handwork ??

For sides I use sandpaper mounted on driller - than polishing in hand using polishing paste, bottoms are 100% handwork from beggining to end . :)

I just want to say that in real that black places aren't visible from under green sleeve on CPU line, I don't know what is it on photo ? :rolleyes: strange effect :shakes: .

I too have to agree with Dave. Peter you prices are amazing for the work involved, turn around time is faultless, your easy to chat to and great builder. Looking forward to getting my cpu line and getting it bloody cold!

Packing work :up:.

On photo there is lack of GPU backplate becasue backplates have been powder coated that day ;) . But kit has also Stainless powder coated backplate GPU .

GPU evap is fitted for all cards, included 2900XT, 3870X2 and 9800 GTX :D .

its vinegar. it turns green after you clean copper. Notice how clean he gets the tops...

It's Vinegar ;), it turns light green after few uses to clean cooper ;).

I check if for leaks in pure water in 25 bara pressure :D.
