I'm sorry that happened to you. By rights they should replace the Raptors.
I have spent a lot of money there in the last month and half so I checked all my cables and the Sata power cable is just like yours. I just waited a week to get back another cable they sent with all the wrong connectors. They sent a T5 with all Sata power connectors instead of female molex.
If I were you I would check the local statutes in your state. Most likely, not only CAN you sue for replacement costs, but they will probably have to pay your court costs as well as some small amount of money for punitive damages. Probably less than $500 but hey.... whatever it takes to get them to screw thier heads on straight. But the problem is most people dont find it worth the effort, and the company is betting on this.

I usually find more what I need with frozen CPU, sidewinder, SVC or jabtech.
but I been close a few times ordering from performance PC's...
now I think I'll be avoiding them.
a picture that clear, shows 100000% that that cable is FUBAR, and is destined to kill hardware.
it was the mistake of whoever made it, and if PPC sold it to you, they should accept responsibility for it.

Hank at PPC's is a good man, if you contact him directly at either "sales(at)performance-pcs.com" or "henry(at)performance-pcs.com" you should be able to get that sorted out.
He has always been very accommodating to me.
You can turn the molex connector around.
seems nasty bug.
