I posted is in the cpu-z forums, but got no responses. As you can see the processor is a Merom running under Vista on a Inspiron 1520 Laptop
since 1.40.8 cpuz doesnt show mem frequency correctly
cpuz 1.40.5 reg dump is attached
correct mem freq is 333Mhz not 200Mhz that shows since 1.40.8
btw: is from my laptop :D

Unfortunately I have no Barcelona, so I check cpuz.exe with a eXeScope,
a Windows application customizing utility, and I noticed that
Barcelona logo has been revised/replaced :)
