SC18CL cascade - WORKLOG

well there is small rotaries and big as well as pistons.

II have been working with piston compressors in over 100kw range and been dealing with rotaryes in 500watt range.

We find rotaries on AC unit, when we need more powerfull systems we use scroll and screw ones (of course we use more piston, I've work on 400kw Piston unit :P).

Rotaries consumption is higher than LBP piston, for sure in the conditions we use them.

Finally I've finished it some days ago . :) ALCO R22 valve works OK with R507 :) . Cascade is making sth like -101*C unloaded and -92*C @ 225W load (heavy tunning, for 250+++ W) .

Suction line is braided, with factory brazed ends :) .
