erwinz hehe i have a bunch of those exact fans. They're not bad.
I see no mention of them yet so maybe they are too big for your needs, but what about Thermalright's HR-07?
They aren't exactly cheap but they got a glowing review from madshrimps.
Only bad thing about the thermalright hr-07's is the mounting system. They're not really all that secure.
Thermalright makes great products but they always mess up all their mounts.
just add a 120mm fan on top of your memory.. very quiet, effective and does not cost much !!!
something like this.

What would you use to mount it?
LOL A zip tie also holds wellQuote:

Just balance it and hope it doesn't fall, it's worked for me for 3 years
rbs thanks for your post your mod workin best with me:up:
Lol @ that "hovering 80" bro. Like others, I'd say a 120 or 80 above would be the best plan. But I do have and love the Antec Spot cool. It's an 80 w/ subtle lighting and quiet. Don't even consider one of the corsair's w/ it's itty bitty 40 that whines @ high speed and vibrates the crap out of your case.

I just use 2x 80mm fans I strapped together with rubberband and placed them on top of my Big Typhoon cooler, I would never buy any special "memory cooling" stuff or something. I also have 1x120mm cooler just standing on bottom of case blowing towards gfx card and some cables are holding it in position, also a 60mm fan to cool down PWMIC that is just held in position by Big Typhoon + IDE cable + the cable mess (which forms a spot like this --> |_|, BT to left, IDE cable under and to right cable mess which I've tied together presses the fan against BT cooler) and also I have a 120mm fan I tied to the 5.25" bay in front so I run 2x120mm rather than one in the front as this Armor case has the whole front open only covered by dustfilters.
Just use your imagination, cables, coolers, case accessories etc. anything can be utilized and using those plastic straps you can tie fans a bit anywhere if needed. Easiest, cheapest and funniest.

Boy is that ugly.:D
I have a 80mm fan on my memory just like N H O but I'm using double-sided tape. It's listed as a Hi-Temp/Hi-Strength Supermount tape. I got it from RS but I believe it's also called Sekisui #5760 double-sided adhesive in Europe. I cut a piece the size of the center of the fan, applied it to the fan and then pressed it against my memory. It hasn't fallen off yet!:D
I've also attached a 50mm fan to the NB using the same technique.
Can someone with an OCZ XTC aircooler tell me the size of the fans? I know they are 60mm fans, but what's there width? (60x60x??)
