Not sure if you tried the newest memset which allows you to change the strap while in windows. It helped my P35 runs out alot.

Honestly guys i dont think your memory is causing the BSOD.
There seems to be a problem with the onboard Sata2 controller causing BSOD and multiple crash issues, not the ich9r but the gigabyte sata2 controller. I have tried over 10 times and this does the trick everytime, set the gigabyte sata2 controller to IDE mode or Raid which functions as PATA regardless but do NOT SET IT TO AHCI this causes alot of instability. AHCI is supposed to enable NCQ and advanced features when running SATA2 drives, i think the problem might be that if u enable AHCI when running ATA Optical drives (controlled by the gigabyte sata2 controller)their is some sort of conflict with NCQ which is not supported by standard ATA HD and optical drives. Hope this helps

GA-P35-DQ6 F3
Q6600@3.2Ghz 1.312v
crucial 2 x 1gb pc8500 1066
Swiftech H20 (50C max Quad Prime small FTTs 24hr Stable)
4 x 160WD raid0
1 x 500gb
1 x SATA dvd-wr and 1 x ATA dvd-wr (gigashyte sata2 controller)
On this board, I can only max the FSB between 390-4000. I have tried upping the FSB voltage from +0.1v to +0.2v. It didn't help at all. what else can be wrong?
I am runing 4X1GB which maybe the problem?
thanks,
