Got the same here, and it run at 700mhz+ without problem at 1,7v ... even after an overvoltage :D

Run great, I love this modules ^^

Oh by the way, So yeah I've set the correct frequency in bios, but not voltage (leave auto) and then ... modules were sooooo hot after ^^

I've set 1,7v manualy and paste a 90mm fan on it so I hope they aren't damaged :S

the secret is in RAS to CAS, try set it to 8, and you can go with
1500 7-8-7 and even 1500 6-8-6.
But anyaway CL5 has more performance, so you can get stable 1350-1400 with 5-7-5.
this is the best set for ddr3 hyperx in my system.
so i still doubt if 2000 9-9-9 for example would be better than 1350 5-7-5
