You should see the prices of the DDR3-1333 that just arrived. Think back to RAMBUS and i820. ;) Of course they are doing 1600 right now with minimal effort. :D

I tried SuperPI 8M @ 4G=444x9, 1:1, CL4 on both P5K-D and P5B-D.
Results summary:
P5K-D(FSB380 boot up) -> 2m37.656s
P5K-D(FSB444 boot up) -> 2m37.703s
P5B-D(FSB400 boot up) -> 2m35.297s
P5B-D(FSB444 boot up) -> 2m42.547s

And now I'm trying P5K3-D with DDR3-1066(PC3-8500) 1GB sticks.

There is 1:1 memory divider in case of FSB400 over,
but I can't boot up my system with 1:1 divider:(
So, I tried SuperPI 8M @ 444x9, 5:6, CL6 and CL5.
In this case, the memory clock matches DDR3-1066 spec.
Results summary:
CL6-6-6-9 -> 2m37.625s
CL5-5-6-9 -> 2m36.468s

After touching P5K-D and P5K3-D, I feel that P5B*/P965 is still shinning...
...P5K*/P35 have a chance to win at very high FSB(540~?), so far.
I hope BIOS update will give more performance to P5K*/P35:)
awsome tests kyosen :toast:
and that DDR3 CL6 compared to DDR2 Pi results very nice, I wonder why 1:1 dont go, but waiting for more results :clap:

I that the BIOS setting,
"DRAM Static Read Control = Enabled"
prevents booting at 1:1 divider mode:confused2
Anyway, 1:1 mode for DDR3 is nearly nonsense:)

outch!!
have you got any PC4200 or PC5300 RAM to rest the DDR2 mobo with and see if it works at all
i'm not able to boot the motherboards with all my PC4200 RAM and i have many 256MB, 512MB and 1GB Micron D9Gxx sticks
Looks like fun kyosen-san, thanks for the preview/testing :toast:
Anyone know when these boards are going retail? :)
