And im pretty sure that just the 830 allows the reversal. You need rails for a removable tray on both sides of the case, pretty sure thats just a feature of the 830. I could be wrong though.
AuroraProject: Wow, that was a typo, sorry about that. I fixed it in my first post now. Thanks for catching that. I meant to say that once I flipped the EK 150 multioption res right side up bleeding was done in manner of minutes, all bubbles went away, and the pump was a lot quieter.

Just have the rear draw air in. You have a STACKER 830 dude. Your not making any wind tunnels here, nor is your case cramped without airholes.
You wont cause any pressure in that case because, ... blah... i dont even need to explain.... you can see it.
So just draw air in the rear rad. That way it will also do well cooling your board additionally and the mosfets.
Also very very nice job. You just solved a riddle i had about the stacker830. Board reversal solves everything!.

i recommend some rubber edge trims for that backside though, you can find them from petra's or even mcmaster.

Ya once i switch the fans around, Ill get some niiiice airflow over those Thermalright mosfet coooolers when I get some. Not sure though if the fact that my mobo is flexing (the GTX is on pretty good) will ruin the contact between the mosfets and the cooler....i might just have to get little heatsinks for each one individually if thats the case

Quick question guys. Would a low speed yate be enough for the rear mounted BIP? or do you guys think a medium speed would suit that rad better?

Rear mounted? Are you sure you don't want it somewhere with cool air? A low speed yate is okay really, unless you don't care about noise too much. In that case throw a more powerful fan on.
well ill be switching the direction of flow on the rear BIP so it will be bringing in air. Like some others have said (which makes a lot of sense if I think about it lol) how it is now, im just pulling the hot air from over the mosfet area through the rear rad. So if/once I switch around the rear fan I think i might just get a low speed yate, either that or try to buy a sunbeam fan controller to pair with a couple medium speed yates.....decisions decisions

go yates medium speed, you could always tune em down or up when you need em most.
try both ways (airflow) and compare which works for your setup given where its at on your table. you never now if cool air would come from your right side or left side of the room.
