Well, my wifes little brother did get D9GMH chips version of these:

Not bad, I have top take some photos of them and try some overclocking.
They might be motherboard restricted cos they are installed on Abit F-I90HD and with E4300 CPU.
I don't think the US ones are coming with D9 anymore. I'm too afraid to order them! If I get stuck with samsung or something, then I wasted $125. I don't even need anymore ram, but I'd pay that to have some D9's.

looks like the 2x512mb do, while the 2x1gb is something else.
