How do you do that mod? And can it be done with Core based Celeron-M's on Aopen i975Xa-YDG? Or will I have to by a Core Solo?

heh, you can do this with almost any cpu actually, though you gotta underclock most a bunch. i topped out at 55c load with an FX-55 without a heatsink at 800mhz, 1v. though i did have a fan blowing over the cpu the area around the socket :toast:
regardless, very nice. it seems that most heatsink reviews lead people to believe that there is no possible way to run a cpu without a heatsink, thus many are afraid to even try. props for being awesome and going for it :D

can't you undervolt it more?
I run my Pentium M 760 using notebook hardware control @ 800MHz and 0.7vcore fully stable
ADDED: 2GHz @ 1.068v, improves battery life nicely :)
