I'd think you can run G80 SLI on it; G80 SLi runs fine on a corsair HX 620, and that's only 50a. Granted, you'd need adaptors..

By G80 if you mean GTS SLI, then yes....by G80 if you meant GTX SLI, then HELL NO....

The HX620W has run 8800GTX SLI (and quad core too I believe) there was a thread on it a week or so back.

I'd never recommend it...way too much risk in running oced quad core and 8800gts sli, let alone gtx sli.

What do you think about OP750 & Quad-core w/ 2x 8800GTX or X2900XTX?

Well I recall quite a few people using 650W and 700W psus on kentsfield + G80 sli...overclocked...

Minimum recommended wattage for Quad core + High End DX10 SLI/Crossfire is an 850W power supply meaning something like this: http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?p=PS-...85d03ba32f1597

Nope, only sound is a slight buzz when operating at beyond the psu's limit which, as jG explained only happened when unrealistically high load was put on it :) .. which is to be expected from most PSUs :)

thats good to know. i'm only planning on running one R600 card, XT or XTX. it depends on the gap between them. sticking with my current rig in my sig till quadcore is cheap.
